Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – In-Studio Private Sessions Sessions Sama Somatics offers private 1:1 and small group sessions held at our Wellington Point studio. These sessions may include breathwork, somatic practices, and guided self-inquiry. Client Responsibility By attending a session, you agree to take responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. You are required to disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may impact your ability to safely participate. This includes (but is not limited to): cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, severe mental health conditions, or use of heavy medication. If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler. If you are unsure whether this work is suitable for you, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to your session. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and will communicate with your facilitator if at any point you feel discomfort or wish to stop. Studio Environment We ask that you arrive on time and respect the space… this is a shared environment grounded in safety, privacy, and care. Sama Somatics reserves the right to end a session if behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. Payment & Cancellations All sessions must be paid in full prior to attendance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours, or non-attendance, will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Disclaimer Sama Somatics sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Breathwork and somatic practices can evoke physical and emotional responses. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks. Liability To the extent permitted by law, Sama Somatics is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in sessions. All clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their session. Privacy Your personal information is treated with care and confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of providing our services. Updates These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in sessions constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
