This breathwork session caters for all genders, however is hold at a space called Fierce Females. Please know that males are able to join in too. The Fierce Females location is on the outside of Westfield, opposite the train station, next to Snap Fitness which is on the corner. If it is your first time attending, please come early to allow time to find and get settled.

Ideal for those seeking to break free from intergenerational trauma and embrace life with renewed vitality and self-discovery.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, and any items to enhance your comfort (e.g., an eye mask, water bottle). Consider bringing a journal for reflection.
Preparation: Ensure you are well-hydrated and arrive with a light, empty stomach to reduce nausea. Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption 24 hours before the session. Hydrate well and nourish your body with healthy, raw food afterward.
Who Can Participate: Breathwork is suitable for everyone. If you have physical health issues, mental health concerns, or are pregnant, please inform the facilitator before the session for customized guidance.
