Location information: Fierce Females is a studio outside the Westfield Shopping Centre. The best parking is at the Helensvale Train Station. The studio next door to Snap Fitness. All genders are welcome. The classes at this location are capped at 6 people.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, and any items to enhance your comfort (e.g., eye mask, water bottle). Consider bringing a journal for reflection.
Preparation: Ensure you are well-hydrated and arrive with a light, empty stomach to reduce nausea. Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption 24 hours before the session. Hydrate well and nourish your body with healthy, raw food afterward.
