Our Story

We are breathwork facilitators, energy enablers, embodiment enthusiasts, and somatic space holders.

Our mission is this: To hold space for you to journey through vulnerability, self-exploration, growth, paradigm shifts and reclamation of oneself in the pursuit of an abundant life.

We do this through 9D breathwork sessions, conscious dance, transformation circles and wellbeing workshops.

Sama Somatics aims to restore the body and reclaim the mind, disentangling you from old narratives, and removing turmoil from your body that no longer serve you in order to create space for new pathways.

Sama, a yoga term describes the quality of calmness and tranquillity in the mind… to reach Sama is an experience of peace and equanimity (calmness and composure, especially in a difficult situation).

The word Somatic is defined as relating to or affecting the body.

Through conscious connected breathwork, conscious dance,  somatic embodiment and building a nurturing community we provide a platform for you to release negative patterns, heal from past trauma, reclaim your vitality, and honour your true authentic form.

Hi, I’m Kate.

I’m a 9D verified breathwork facilitator, trainee Dancing Freedom facilitator, and a devoted practitioner of the body’s innate intelligence.

I offer immersive breath and movement experiences, alongside transformation circles and self-inquiry workshops, all designed to support release, reconnection, and self-remembrance.

But more than anything… I am devoted to self-inquiry.
Because I believe this is where an enriching life begins.

Not in fixing or forcing…But in listening with honesty, compassion, and without judgement.

For much of my life, my body has lived in a constant state of stress.
It spoke through chronic pain, inflammation, anxiety, disrupted sleep, and a nervous system that rarely felt safe to land.

I searched widely for answers… across practitioners, modalities, and frameworks.
And while each offered pieces, the true shift began when I stopped outsourcing my healing and started listening deeply within.

Through breathwork, somatics, trauma-informed frameworks, and conscious movement, I began to understand the language of my body.

I discovered, and still am discovering, that healing isn’t about becoming someone new... It’s about remembering who I was before the world told me who to be.

Breathwork was a pivotal doorway.

In a single 9D session, I experienced a level of release and clarity that years of talking hadn’t accessed. It brought me into direct relationship  with my subconscious, my patterns, and the parts of me that had been waiting to be seen. That experience changed the trajectory of my life.

Since then, my work has expanded beyond breath… into movement, expression, and the deeper layers of embodied awareness.

Through my training in Dancing Freedom, I explore conscious dance as a pathway of liberation, truth, and self-expression.

Because the body doesn’t lie, and it doesn’t betray...It simply provides data. And when we learn to listen, it will show us everything.

It is an honour to witness people as they remember who they are…
To walk alongside the unraveling, the reclamation, and the quiet coming home.

This work isn’t about becoming more.

It’s about coming home.
