We are breathwork facilitators, energy enablers, embodiment enthusiasts, and somatic space holders.
Our mission is this:
To stand behind the medicine of breath and embodied movement supporting self-inquiry, growth, and the reclamation of self in the pursuit of a deeply enriching life.
Through conscious connected breathwork, conscious dance, somatic embodiment, transformation circles, workshops and building a nurturing community we provide a platform for you to release negative patterns, heal from past trauma, reclaim your vitality, and honour your true authentic form.
Sama Somatics is a space to return to yourself. To soften the noise, reconnect with your body, and gently unravel the patterns and stories that no longer feel true.​

Sama is a yogic expression of inner calm- a steady, grounded presence within the mind.
Somatic speaks to the body- the place where our experience is held, felt and remembered.
Together, they form a practice of coming home to a state of quiet awareness, balance, and deep internal trust.

Hello, I'm Kate
I work with breath, movement, and self-inquiry to support people in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels honest, embodied, and real. My approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in the belief that your body already holds the wisdom… sometimes it just needs the space to be heard.

At the heart of it, I support people to live in service to Self… to listen, trust, and move in alignment with what feels true for them.
